He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. However, the billing was coded incorrectly, and when I called about it the billing department was rude and totally incompetent, from Christine at the first level to a person named Carol Paulson in management, who was just pathetic. They never did get it right, but my insurance company was great, thankfully.

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

They always make the effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very attentive to my situation. The is the best experience I've had at a medical office. Their primary concern is my health and well being, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible.
