After numerous phone calls and two visits, the office staff is VERY cold and not friendly to me during my appointment and I don't think being a little more polite would have killed them. They are not helpful in the least, and the physician, Dr. Mandell, is condescending and arrogant; he interrupted me several times and the entire experience has been miserable.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.

Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. For a neurologist's office their equipment seemed fairly current, but nothing special though. I wish they would update their equipment a little more.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
