Worst experience I have ever had with doctors was at Primary Care West. I now need to find a new primary doctor. I discovered I had all the symptoms of thyroid problem, hormonal imbalance and I had blood work done and sent from Primary Care and the results came back normal, which is typical for a general primary docotor to discover. My symptoms have worsened and I am needing a refferal from Primary Care to go to an Endocrinologist. When I called Primary Care and told them this, they said they needed to see me again in order to refer me... this did not make sense as I knew the help I needed was not offered there. I do not have health insurance like many Americans these days. I am a young 21 year old student trying to survive. I did not want to pay for another doctors trip that would be useless in solving my problem, all I needed was them to send my information over to the Endocrinolgist so I could recieve the correct medical attention. They not only never called me back, I had to call back multiple times, they would not give me a referal would only "send my information" over to Willamette Valley Endcorinology... This made no sense to me and was clear they only wanted my money when I was trying to save for the endocrinologist. Three weeks later I am still calling and argueing to try and get my "information" (NOT EVEN A REFERAL!) faxed over to the correct office... This has been a nightmare and I will never return to the rude, unhelpful Primary Care West again... anybody know of a good doctor???

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

I have been going to Doctor Tihanyi for 20 + years and my husband goes to her also. She also delivered my grandson, and my daughters have gone to her too. I have trust issue and before going to any doctor I check them out the best way that I can, which is on line and talking with others who know her or who have been treated by her. As you can see I have been with her for a long time, which speaks for its self. The fact is she and the staff are Excellent! I feel blessed to have found her and to trust her with my health and my love ones health. The staff and Dr.Tihanyi work with us and our schedule which is not an easy one to deal with. We greatly appreciate them all and highly recommend Dr. Tihanyi and her staff.
