I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. There is no voicemail if they are at lunch, or if their "mailbox" is full. I was hung up on after being told of a full mailbox, but have never received a voicemail message. One can only call the answering service after hours. Prescriptions are filled only if you make an appt. after every few refills (are we held hostage?). Personal service is great, non face-to-face service needs improvement.
