The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. She's cold-hearted and I don't enjoy her company and she doesn't make me feel comfortable. She never tends to the things I need and she beats around the bush with everything. The only good thing is the office was easy enough to find.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. She has attended to every member of my family in the most considerate way. She always has a personal touch and never hesitates to make an extra call to check up on us. She is a wonderful physician
