needs to hire a qualified and efficient office manager. the appointments are always overbooked making the waiting room packed, with no where to sit and wait. The BIGGEST problem is paperwork follow through. There are always plenty of people working the files, but they need to put away the food and drinks and get to work. There is absolutely NO REASON to miss paperwork deadlines that critically affect their patients and their insurance coverage.,
