He's a good doctor, but it's next to impossible to get ahold of the office. There's no call waiting, so if the staff are out of the office or on the phone with someone else, you just get a busy signal. I've spent all day calling the office before. And, when you get there, be prepared to wait. I don't think I've ever waited less than 45 minutes, and often waited well over an hour. My husband switched doctors because of this, and I think I'm ready to do so, too. It's not helpful when you can't get in touch with your doctor.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
