My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
