Good Dr. skills, lacks in personality. Stands entirerly across the room and doesn't really ask the right questions. So, less than desirable. I went to him because he was recommended and I had just moved to the area.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

The office staff are very unprofessional,especially the reception area, they laugh at you, have no manners, they don't know how to treat a patient with respect and they don't know what they are doing. Dr. should pay more attention to how his staffs work so he won't lose patients. The Dr. himself isn't that bad. Had to wait almost an hr. just to spend 5 mins. with the Dr. And at the end his staffs made mistakes and it was as if I never went to the Dr. but still got charge. I will never recommend nor see this Dr. again thanks to his staff. And if the Dr. is smart he should fire those ogresses (reception area) he has working for him.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
