Dr. Ross was very personable during my visit with blood pressure issues. He offered many suggestions to me during this time. He made me feel comfortable and assured me if I had any problems to contact him.

It was awesome! I am a cancer survivor so I always have lots of questions. He spent a lot of time with me and seemed happy to discuss my medical concerns. He was warm and friendly too. I was really pleased!

Got there at 8:15 was taken back at 8:20 was measured and weighed. Sat in a waiting room for a few minutes then I saw Dr. Ross did blood work left for the day. Great visit love the practice and Dr. Ross.

John O'Halloran and his staff have been doing a great job with my treatments. It took a couple of weeks to get in to see him, but I am going twice a week, and they are helping with my flexibility, balance, and general ability to move easily. After 3 previous appts, Dr Ross correctly identified the problem and prescribed medication to relieve the pain and a subsequent MRI confirmed his diagnosis. No more scheduling with PA's or other doctors - I will wait to see Dr Ross.

My annual physical, one of my two regularly scheduled visits, the second one mainly to check my A1C levels.Dr. Ross is great to work with...smart, inquisitive, friendly, positive in attitude, and he has a high level of common sense, which I rate very highly. My results and lab work results were all fine, which was great. When I have had problems in the past, he either quickly treats them or refers them to a specialist. I am active and enjoying retired life very well, partly thanks to him.I had great service and care from Dr. Thacker for many years, and it remains great with Dr. Ross.
