Firstly I am so grateful Dr.Ross agreed to re schedule when I could not make my original appointment. Having a physician as a patient at best is a challenge at worst a nightmare. I truly admire his objectivity in this situation. He is busy managing his junior colleagues in a great practice not by accident but because of his calm demeanour and patient centered approach which surely is exemplary. My wife and mother in law are also his patients as is my best friend. None have nothing but praise.

Dr Ross treated my illness with great care and professionalism I went in with chest congestion and was x-rayed and diagnosed with a lung infection I was given the necessary antibiotics and back on my feet within a day I was treated well and am very thankful
