l am not certain how to respond to this email. All l see is a bunch of stars but when l clicked on them nothing happened. l do have a great concern. l was supposed to be referred to a place which would do physical therapy on my back. My appointment with Dr. Ross was on Wednesday, June 14th. The physical therapy people would call me to set up an appointment. That was six days ago and l have not heard a word. l no longer want to be referred to this place as they, evidently, do not care whether a potential patient is in pain or whatever. Dr. Ross was great, as always. ?

I was appointed for my wellness examination on this date, but as it happens I had a severe flare up of sciatica on this day as well. Dr. Ross not only completed the wellness exam, but was able to treat my acute problem as well. Within 3 hours the steroid injection was helping my problem and I am feeling much better. I was going to have to wait until 7/8/17 for an appointment with Greensboro Orthopedics to address this acute problem. I appreciate Dr. Ross and the staff there and would recommend them to anyone. I will call your office to personally thank Dr. Ross for helping me!Dr. Edward G. Burnett
