This is the best Family Practice I've ever had an experience with. I live in Winston Salem and it's worth the drive to Greensboro to have a Family Physician like Dr. Ross. I had my husband transfer all his medical issues to Dr. Ross. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Ross and this facility.

AS ALWAYS MY EXPERIENCE WITH EAGLE PHYSICIANS IS EXCELLENT. DR ROSS IS IN MY OPINION AN EXCELLENT PHYSICIAN AND HIS NURSE IS ALSO VERY GOOD EACH TIME I COME IN. DR ROSS WIL ALWAYS BE MY CHOICE OF FAMILY DOCTOR. JOHN C JOHNSON ALSO KNOWN AS JAKE JOHNSON.

Everything went very smooth and in a timely manner during my scheduled appointment. Even the blood work went well, which, sometimes is very hard to find a vein, but the technician found it fast and in one try. Dr. Ross answered all questions I had. Good appointment overall.

I was happy that I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Ross himself when I called that morning. I was very surprised since his schedule is usually very busy. Everything was great!

Fortunately, I am in good health, and I do not have to come to the doctor very often. I come for a B-12 shot each month....no appt. needed, I just show up with medicine and wait for a floater or a nurse to administer the shot,and I come every year for an annual physical. I schedule time for a real physical, where I pay extra, for special tests (for my own benefit and knowledge,)not just the do-nothing Medicare physical. I keep all shots current, and I have an annual mammogram and any other tests I need. If need be, I go to specialists. Sometimes I call the specialist and make the appointment; sometimes the primary doctor makes the call. I make my wellness visits easy as I also have regular checkups with the dentist, the ophthalmologist, dermatologist, gastroenterologist, whatever I need. I relate easily with Dr. Ross. He listens to what I have to say, sometimes looking at me as if he thinks I am crazy! In any case, we communicate. Don't retire any time soon, Alan. If Dr.Ross is not available,for an emergency appointment, I see a colleague. I am glad Dr. Ross is one of the doctors who works in the Walk-In-Clinic. Enough said.

I was not seen on Jan 26, 2016, but I have seen Dr Ross for almost 20 years and he and his staff are excellent! I hope I choose the correct star..there were no instruction on the rating scale...but all my choices were excellent!

I am 69 year old female and felt very ill when I called for an appointment with my provider, Dr. Ross. I was very impressed an relieved to know that I could see my regular provider on the day that I called, although I was willing to see other staff in the Eagle Urgent Care after hours that day if necessary, which is a convenient option. My wait in the office waiting room was less than 20 minutes. Dr. C Ross is always reassuring and and I have confidence in his expertise and care. My condition is improving with the treatment and I feel confident consulting the office as needed. Whenever I used other staff in the absence of my regular provider, I have always received an excellent diagnosis and expert care also in this facility from all of the physicians.

Each time I visited Dr Ross, the attention, service from him or the nurses was performed with care, and knowledge. This firm of Eagle Physician have excellent service.
