VERY ANNOYED!
After sitting an hour in a full waiting room I approched desk to ask if they overbooked as I was still waiting. I was told my chart was never pulled after signing in. It was now 12:00 and I was told they could not do my laser treatment now until 1 pm. Plans for the day would now be 2hrs + behind schedule. Ok, stuff happens, I understand this, no problem but when I return at 1 and the staff are not friendly and the Dr.'s manner even WORSE I've had enough!!! Not even an apology for the inconvenience! He seemed more upset with his schedule being disrupted than concern for his patient. Very unapproachable and DEMEANING in his answers. Like a robot going from one exam room to another! Will never return....
