They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. I asked why I had been waiting for 3 1/2 hours and her response was, "its not like I am sipping coffee back here." Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. She said, "just reschedule I don't have to see you anyway you're only 14 weeks pregnant" I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. The staff asked me to hold my urine sample for the 3 1/2 hours I waited to see the doctor claiming this is the way we do things here.
