I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time. Bottomline is the doctor was knowledgeable and diagnosed me correctly.

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me
