I've been a patient of Dr Maggio for years. Absolutely the Best. My daughter is also a physician and she holds him in the highest regard and refers to him for consult. I know he is well respected by his peers and as many of my friends are his patients, I know his patients love him. As an Assoc. Professor at the Univ. of Rochesters' Strong Memorial Hospital where he trains interns in clinical practice, his reputation for quality medicine is superior.

Their staff was not only not friendly in the least, they were actively rude and vindictive. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. The office is completely inadequate. I don't think that my provider will find a solution to my situation. I better find someone else.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there, especially the Office Manager who was quite RUDE!!!!!. The office was easy enough to find.
