They confirm your insurance and appointment right to the day you go to office then they act like they never spoke to you or seen you ever before. Get to know the doctor is another term for let us Bill your insurance for nothing. It's called healtghgroup not health ...care for a reason. Waits here are over an hour save your time &energy on a place that can handle doing THEIR JOB. The doctors dont even care how the patients are treated by the incompetent rude pound cake face stuffing office staff.

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
