I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule.

As a drugstore/pharmacy manager (who hates going to the doctor) I was very happy with the service provided at this estabishment. I read some poor reviews that were posted about First Choice Medical but decided to give them a try anyway because of the convenient location. I am glad I did. Everyone was friendly and professional, and set me at ease. From the receptionist to technichians to the physichian's assistant, I felt that I was offered the same level of care that I try to provide for my patients and customers. I would definitely recommend First Choice Medical. -C
