Yes, I had to wait forever.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Yes! They couldn't do anything they told me they would be able to

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I have already given them multiple good recommendations to my loved ones. If anyone was in need of a gastroenterologist, I would totally direct them here. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
