Dr. Joshua Hartman is one of the worst doctors I've ever had the unfortunate opportunity to meet! He was referred to me by Dr. Nicholas Brown who was my former GI before he transferred to NYP in Brooklyn. The very first time I met him he was unpleasant and unfriendly, and his rude and unpleasant behavior remained when I had my colonoscopy in 2023. I've been told by other doctors who have worked with him that he is very rude nasty, and very unprofessional. On two separate occasions, I had telehealth calls with him and he never greeted me when he got on the call, never pleasant. I had a recent telehealth call with him in July 2024, and he was 17 minutes late, when he got on the call, never apologized, never greeted me, and just addressed me with a nasty attitude. No patient should be treated disrespectfully like he has treated me! If he is unhappy with his job as a GI with NYP then he should quit his job!! This is what I experienced with Dr. Hartman and I'll be looking for a new GI doctor.
