they were not aware that the surgery was already performed and did not answer appropriately.

kept waiting too long for outcome of procedure which was a difficult one.

wife also not given correct procedure to follow after hemeroid removal.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

Dr. Pasternak and his entire staff are great. He always takes the time personally to see that you fully understand everything. He follows up too! In addition the staff will call the following day to see how you are doing.
Appointments are always on time.
His office is very, very nice.
I would have to give Dr. Pasternak the highest points in every single category.
