They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was so impressed by their office equipment. Everything was state-of-the-art and so sophisticated! I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
