Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

Dr. Lon is truly the best there is. He's been our family pediatrician for 15 years, and I KNOW that my children have had the BEST of care. He ALWAYS goes the extra mile in his quiet, steady way. This is a man who has dedicated his professional life to truly caring for his patients and their families. He is ALWAYS willing to have a thoughtful conversation about any concerns I might have. Once, after all three of my children had been treated for strep, he called me at night because he was thinking about our entire family. He wanted to make sure that we all were being treated properly. My oldest child is now 20 years old, and I'm not looking forward to having to switch her to an adult internist. She'd like to stay with Dr. Lon forever! He also schedules with the patient in mind. We are usually sent into an exam room immediately upon arrival. He actually apologized the only time we waited 10 minutes! He & his staff are kind, knowledgable and incredibly considerate.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.

I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Yes, they were immaculate!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
