Dr Lon goes above what the typical Dr does. I have been bringing my children to him for 16 yrs. He continues to surprise me with his compassion and caring for my family. I feel like he is part of our family. He has come in to his office for us at odd hours because my children got something stuck in their nose, or a bad cut but I didn't know if it needed stitches. I can go on and on about him I guarantee you will not be disappointed . He's awesome!! They broke the mold after he was created.

The staff is very nice. Dr. Lon is not overly friendly but he is not a grump either. He has provided my children with good care. The waiting room didn't have much as far as entertainment for kids went. No TV's or toys, just a few outdated magazines but it doesnt matter because you never wait.. The pharmacy is down stairs which is very convienent.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I trust them over any other doctor I've ever been to. I'm never unsure of their motives, and I've never doubted that they've always had my child's best interest at heart.

Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need
