DO NOT go to Dr D'Ambra, had visited her several times and she a cancer diagnosis that I was told later by my oncologist that my symptoms were classic for the cancer I had.
There are many other dermatologists in the area, do your homework and visit someone else and maybe what happened to me will not happen to you or your family member.
