There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. I felt the staff was friendly enough. They didn't go above and beyond, but they did their jobs. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. she was really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to her no matter how many questions I have.
