Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. If you encounter a billing issue DO NOT EXPECT HELP resolving it. Have been trying to resolve an issue since 11/1/11 and still has not been resolved and all they need to do is change how something is coded in the computer.

They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered.
