In a world where women’s health care is often overlooked or marginalized, I strive to provide unbiased, compassionate care to all my patients. I ensure my patients feel listened to, cared for, and supported. I hope to encourage them to become strong advocates for their own health and the health of their families. I enjoy developing long-term, strong, therapeutic relationships with my patients and participating in their evolving healthcare needs. I feel very honored when patients refer me to their family members or friends. As a clinical professor, I enjoy teaching residents and students. I was awarded the Excellence in Teaching Award by the American Physician of Gynecology and Obstetrics. The greatest reward is knowing that I’ve helped someone feel better, solve a problem or improve an ongoing condition. Even when the outcome is less than optimal, my patients know that I am their advocate and am here to help them in any way I can.
