Dr. Seiff is by far the best Neurosurgeon in the United States. I had a Chiari Malformation that all but ruined my life. While I understand that it would be highly unusual to die from this condition I was almost certain that is exactly what was happening to me. I was in such miraculous condition following my surgery that I left the hospital from the ICU. I never had to stay any longer. The results were instantaneous for me and I was not only restored to my former health, but better and I mean substantially better. My after care was s2cond to none. They told me exactly what to expect and how to cope with it. I would highly recommend him to anyone facing something where a neurosurgeon is needed. He gave me my life back. His assistant Tara was also fantastic, and his staff is incredibly responsive. They use an app where you can send questions anytime and they are great about getting back to you quickly. Again I highly recommend him!

My husband had a pain level of 15. 2 days after this major surgery he was off all pain medicine. Zero pain level. Dr Seiff's expertise is exemplary.

As good an experience as anyone could expect. Dr. Seiff makes everything easy to understand and has a wonderful and positive attitude toward the patient (me). His staff was very cooperative and helpful and always with a smile. Having recently looked at my back x-ray, I realized that he is also an "artist". My surgery, recovery and now my normal life are all ranked as "10" thanks to his efforts. You rock doc. Chuck

Presented to dr. Seiff with broke c2 in my neck due to car accident. Original plan was to due immediate fusion surgery, but on the day of surgery he decided to wait and see. I was in a neck brace for three months..surgery was still an option. DR Seiff felt that a halo might heal the neck without surgery so I was in a halo for 6 months after that at at which time it was decided that I had improved and that the fusion surgery was not necessary. He went against all odds and took the conservative "waiting" approach and it worked. I am now out of the halo 6 months with my neck healed, no pain, no medication. I am more active now in my life than ever before.. I appreciate the conservative approach.. However painful and daunting to my lifestyle, his approach worked.. Thank you, thank you to him and his staff. They were attentive and solutions oriented. I never felt that my care was inadequate.. A true testament of healthcate partnership.. I Cant thank you enough.. I have my life back.. BRAVO!!

I was extremely fortunate to have been referred to the Spine & Brain Institute from the Cleveland Clinic Lou Rovu when I was diagnosed with a brain tumor and hydrocephalus. I had been experiencing such a degradation of Life that I was often times depressed and unable to do even the simplest things such as getting in and out of a bathtub,climbing a step ladder to do household chores, walking without fear of falling, and worst of all, having incontinence. My initial consultation with Dr. Michael Seiff was very professional and I was quite impressed with his diagnosis and his manner of explaining what needed to be done and how we were to proceed forward. I felt very confident in his abilities as a neurosurgeon and cannot say enough about how smooth the operation went and how well I healed. It is a credit to his surgical skills that I can honestly say the Dr. Seiff gave me my Life back. Many of my friends as well as family members have commented on how much more cheerful and happy I seem. They say I have that "spark" back. I now have the ability to do those things I was unable to do and I am no longer incontinent. I have the utmost respect for Dr. Seiff and his staff there at the Spine & Brain Institute. His PA Synda is very good at follow-up and helping with my adjustments. Kimberly is extremely efficient at getting me in for appointments and as I stated previously, I am most grateful that I had the good fortune to be referred to Dr. Seiff and his staff. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Michael Seiff and would rate him to be nothing short of OUTSTANDING. Thnak-you. DMA

Dr. Seiff is a wonderful man I have now had two very successful surgeries Chiari Decompression in 2006 and c-4 c-5 fusion . He is very professional caring and knowledgeable. I love the fact that God placed this man in my life.

First, the treatment I received was Kyphoplasty, specifically T12 and L1. Timeframe was from Feb, 2015 my pain started in my back leaving me "pretty much" homebound and in severe pain (8 to 10). After many tests it was determined that I had a compression fractures in the above areas. At this time I learned about the Brain and Spine Institute and decided that's where I needed to be treated. I began asking for a referral from my primary doctor only to be declined several times by my insurance co. It was then that a memo was sent to my Insurance Co, as a grievance to obtain a referral, was was finally approved. On my first appointment June 2015, after reviewing my MRI and X-rays, Dr. Seiff discussed Kyphoplasty as a resolution and ordered more test to reveal exact locations causing my problem. I had done research of this procedure in hopes it was a solution. For the 1st time since Feb. I had hope of relief of my severe pain as well as a zest of life, during this long period of pain I began to have doubt of how I could go on. First, and most importantly, once my referral was in effect an appt was given in such a short time I couldn't believe it. Secondly, once all tests were complete I received a call from Dr. Seiff's surgery staff to schedule the surgery in short period of time! Lastly, his office was fast, efficient to schedule, provide me with all necessary info to prepare me for the surgery. Dr. Seiff and his staff was by my side before and after the surgery. Naturally, I hope the need to see him in the future is not on my schedule, however, if so he is the only Doctor I would want to see. This clinic is definitely a 5 Star group. So happy to inform him and his staff that I now back to a normal routine of being out and about daily with no intense pain!

This has been the best experience with any surgery that I've ever had. Dr.Seiff had me up and moving 2 days after surgery and no longer having back pain. I'm now 1 1/2 months after surgery and doing very well Thanks to Dr. Seiff and his excellent staff. I highly recommend him and his practice to anyone looking for A+ care.
