As a retired General Surgeon I am extremely critical of physicians whom I select for my personal care (which is somewhat complicated). Dr. Gong is knowledgable, current, competent, and personable, I give him my highest praise and recommendation.

They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. This was one of the most informative appointments I think I have ever had. All of my questions were answered and I left feeling very educated about my condition. They usually remember my name

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
