They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. This was one of the most informative appointments I think I have ever had. All of my questions were answered and I left feeling very educated about my condition. They usually remember my name
