I was refered to Dr. Welch for an urgent problem, having to have surgery, all of which was news to me. I have been seeing him for several years. His staff has always been professional and nice. Dr. Welch is a very busy man, but I have never felt like I was rushed thru. The office is very streamlined to handle the amount of patients. If a holiday falls during the week, he will be open on Saturday to make up for it, just to see his patients. Yes, his personality is not the most outgoing, but I have the utmost confidence that he is a top notch doctor and trust him completely with my eyesight!

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
