Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone (except we don't have other options in my area). I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. Doctor himself is EXTREMELY RUDE!! They have terrible communication amongst themselves. They change appointment times or cancel appointments last minute and don't care how far you live. They take advantage of the fact that they are the only specialist in the Nebraska area to treat thier patients like crap!!!

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
