I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. They are nice!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. All the doctors there are equally great. They are knowledgeable, and are not prescription pushers. Super flexible hours also.

I only went to one appt. She was very rude in both attitude and because she left to take phone calls twice during the appt, with no apology. We felt rushed and she said she was coming back to answer our questions after the shots, but didn't went on to the next patient instead. I think this was because we questioned her diagnosis. I have little confidence in her ability as a physician, because of her attitude and explanations when we were there, and because when I went I took my baby to another doctor, he gave us a different diagnosis, and it turned out to be the one that worked. I'm so glad we didn't listen to Dr Ayres, her treatment would have been really hard on my baby and potentially permanently damaging.

I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. I thought it was strange that they didn't want me to get a second opinion ever. In fact, they got upset when I said I wanted to. It made me question their motives. When I bring my child in, for whatever reason, even if it's very simple, they run a whole bunch of expensive tests that I don't think need to be done. It seemed very suspicious. I was disappointed with the way they interacted with my child during appointments. Most of the time they just ignored my child. Their office was a little too loud. It wasn't unbearably loud but it was starting to hurt my ears.

I LOVE Dr. Ayers! She took time to meet with my husband prior to our daughter's birth (I was on strict bedrest) to answer all our questions. She was a delight to meet in the hospital after my daughter's birth and has been on all subsequent visits. The office staff is friendly and the waiting room is clean. I have only had one poor experience and it was an alternate physician that is no longer at the practice. I would highly recommend Dr. Ayers and Suburban Pediatrics. The office is open 363 days and has some evening hours.
