He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

They were kind of kid friendly, but for a pediatrician I expected more and I wasn't very impressed. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Not only did they answer all of my questions, they also emphasized preventative care and informed me about child safety and nutrition. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable they were.

They suggest some tests saying that they will be covered by the insurance.and finaly I end up paying out of Pocket. Tests like Hearing tests and others....
