I used to go here but that was before all the staff changes, the manager Andrea is all about money, and I never liked the hygienist Robert , Drs have changed they seem more about money than quality dental care!!!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Yes. They made sure I understood every single detail

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

The dentist pulled my skin as tight as a drum when prepping my tooth for a crown. I tried to wave him down to get his attention but to no avail. When he was done I told him I'd never had my skin pulled so tight and he told me that he had to since the tooth was in the all the way in the back. Fair enough, but then he went all the other way - any little thing he did he'd ask if he was hurting me. It was just kind of odd.

I called for a check up and instead they scheduled me for a limited exam since they asked me if I was having any pain. I said yes, and they asked where but I had no idea that they scheduled me for a limited exam until the dentist checked those particular teeth and said OK we're done. It's inconvenient when you take the time to get off work, drive over and are only limited to two exams a year and one of them gets used up for a limited exam.

Last thing, they charged me the estimated $400 out of pocket for the procedure which was fine, but then I received the explanation of benefits from the insurance company which showed that my out of pocket is $300. Been waiting for the refund for several weeks but nothing so far so I called this morning. The officer manager had to refer to the insurance person who was supposed to call me back but nothing yet....I'm sure we'll get it worked out but I was kind of surprised that no one got back to me before the end of the day.

Absolutely, they were an expert!

Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in!

Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need
Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office?
Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
