I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.
