Not at all. Every time I go in they recommend an expensive procedure I don't need

Dr. Rick was fantastic. I scheduled my appointment and was able to get in very quickly. My experience with the staff was very good, they all seemed to be very friendly and helpful. Once I was in to see the Dr. he was great at explaining my issues at hand (which I really appreciate). The procedure was done in a timely manor, and the results are exactly what I was hoping for. I give Dr. Rick 2 thumbs up, and can say that I'm extremely please with his work

Not at all. They kept making excuses and didn't give it to me for weeks

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.

I recommend going to the associate dentist there. HE FREAKING ROCKS. Barfield not so much. Barfield does try and I am sure other people love him he was not the right fit for me as a doctor. So I switched in mid treatment with the other doctor in his office. HE ROCKS. I know I said that before. You want someone sympathetic and someone that cares and someone to feel that its ok that your teeth need help then he is the one to be with. The ladies upfront and the hygenist are awesome. YEs they are giddy and cute and gorgeous, however besides whats on the cover they are caring and sensative and I just love them. I go in laughing and leave laughing.

No, they didn't even attempt to explain

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Yes, it was convenient

Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to
Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure?
Yes, I was able to rinse
Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed?
Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!

Absolutely, the customer is always right here

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing
Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable?
Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in!
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
