This dentist office is horrible. I would advise anyone too stay away. The staff is very sneaky and the Doctor that's their is super sneaky and very prejudice. And the meaning of prejudice is that she the( Doctor) act as if she doesn't want to touch you. Please don't give this office your business. And this office off 820 and Ruff Snow street address is Hilltop.Horrible Horrible and Horrible.
Everyone at this office has been stellar to work with. I am always made to feel comfortable, valued and any questions I have are always answered to my satisfaction. I always recommend this office to my friends and coworkers.
I feel that the staff did a great job in working diligently to take care of my teeth and made me feel comfortable in my experience with them. I do not like to go to the dentist for fear of hurting, but they did not hurt and that is what was most important to me.
All of the office staff and Dentist were VERY nice, reassuring and calming. I especially appreciated the follow-up phone call I received directly from the Dentist. (Dr. Jean/NRH Office)
I have always been overly anxious going to the dentist. That is why I have so many problems with my teeth. I would put it off due to my fear instead of go in to get them taken care of. Dr. Arbaugh and his staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and safe. Because of this, Monarch Dental will be the only dentist I use.
They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. The one thing I didn't like about this place was that they took a personal call right in front of me during my appointment. It didn't seem to be urgent and they could have waited. The dentists and ortho are good but they change a lot so there is no consistency in treatment plan
