Monarch Dental Hilltop Drive in Fort Worth has been by far, the worst service provider. The receptionists there are very rude, and answered my questions with a attitude. This has happened more than once, and I would like to address this now. I would not recomend this place to anyone who is seeking for an orthodontist.
I would rate the facility here the lowest number possible on the scale, mainly due to the receptionists who answer the phones.
However, I would like to put in a good note for the orthdontists there. They are very understanding and explains to you what they are doing before they do proceed.
