My son and I have been coming to this dentist office since my son was 7 years old - he is now 29. I was particularly impress with this office because they had a male dentist for my son and a female dentist for me. I was impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and their genuine care for the patients. After 20 years of excellent service, I will always continue to patronize this dental office. P.s. The receptionist and Dr. Tu's dental tech are the best in customer service.

The doctors at Dental Care 2000 are great and I have been a patient for 20 years. They work with you and will only suggest necessary work because they are not out for a quick dollar! I would recommend anyone to go to this office because it is both painless in your mouth and wallet!!

My first visit, I ris the receptionist /dental assistant was very nice. Say in the chair for over 45 mins after turning up fro my 10:30 apt ahead of time. Could hear the dentist as he spoke with the other patient and I said okay he has a good bedside manner. Well, the doctor saw fit to attend to another patient who came after me. He eventually came to me, he pulled his chair then I heard him say to Iris that he needed to speak to her and he did not acknowledge me or anything...after waiting for 6-10 mins I got out of the cahier and left. Iris called me at about 3:45 to ask me what happened.I told her the Dr is tude and I do not want to use their services......was it because I was black?? rerally makes me wonder..how could you be plesant to 2 patients and just walk out without even saying excude to your third. Black mouth s need to be worked on just like Hispanics and white. I gave 1 star because there are no zeros.

Let me start off saying I am a REAL person. I have been going to this office since they first opened. I actually met them when i as going to pick up a pizza next door. I walked in with questions and everyone was so nice and polite. I was vert petrified of dentist because I've had bad experiences in the past. I went ahead and scheduled an appointment and I am so thankful that I did. I absolutely LUV Dr.Tu. She is the greatest of all time. She is very sweet and very professional. I have been referring people to her for years. But her husband is the total opposite so I do NOT reccomend him. HIs tableside manner in my opinion needs a lot of work.

Serioulsy, I NEVER right reviews and this is actually my first one. So with that being said if you are looking for someone to be gentle and very comforting Dr.Tu is what you are looking for. If every dentist was like her we would have a world of perfect teeth because people would not dread going to the dentist.

LAst but not least I gave them 4 stars simply because NO ONE is perfect and EVERYONE has room for improvement.
