Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! I will definitely recommend them to people I know. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Absolutely! It was the perfect temperature

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
