Was seen for possible implant. After several visits and several thousands of dollars, they told me because I am diabetic the implant would not take. No offer to refund myself nor my insurance company.

Dr Daniel has done an excellent job on my son's dental work. My son

has Down's Syndrome an Severe Autism, so Dr Daniels works well with

challenged patients.

I took my 16 year old daughter to Dream Team to get her wisdom teeth extracted. The staff showed us how impacted her teeth were and informed us that we are getting this done at a perfect time before it got worse. The healing process went good and she didn't have any problems. Doctor and staff provided much comfort.

I had a visit with Dream Team Oral Surgery on 11-23-15 for the removal of my wisdom teeth and I was extremly nervous about the procedure because i do not do well with idea of surgery but the staff made me feel very comfortable, they educated me on my post op instructions, the doctor made my surgery completely painfree and fast. They also called me to confirm my appoinment before hand. I highly recommend this office!

I went there upon referral from another dentist. First I was texted stating that my appointment was at 0830 so I called stating that my appointment was at 0930 she told me I was right . I arrived there to find the door locked and a sign stating closed. So I called back I was told that the dentist was NOT in that I needed to come back at 1030 I asked could I come in to wait I was told NO I told them I was in HORRIFIC pain and the air blowing was not helping me they still said NO. I walked two blocks to get a place to sit .Nearing the 1030 time I called again THIS time I was told he was in surgery with another patient and could I come at 1100. Nearing closer to 1100 I called again was told that they would have to call me when they are ready for me I explained to them that I had ridden the bus and was still in HORRIFIC pain they didn't care. So finally called me upon arrival there were 4 patients waiting to be seen. Once called back a dental assistant came in and I explained to her about my issues with my pain. She simply told me that dentist would be back with me. While waiting next door to me was a lady the dentist was telling her he was going to pull her back tooth she told him I am not here for that he said to her well aren't Annette Smith? She said no finally he got her name right and was talking to her about the teeth that were going to be pulled she kept asking why am I being put to sleep for simple extractions. At that point I went numb he couldn't explain it to the lady. So finally it was my time I explained I was there for a consultation and I TOLD him that the upper right hand side in the back tooth was hurting so bad I WANTED IT OUT.He told me that doctor Hill didn't want him to pull that tooth that he Dr Hill wanted to crown it I told him I AM THE ONE IN PAIN NOT DR HILL. I told him I am the patient not Dr hill and also stated the fact I wanted it out. So finally the lady working the front desk came in and told me my fee would be 180.00 dollars I said for what all I want is a simple extraction. SHE didn't care to explain this inflated figure and I DID ask. Finally the dentist came in as I was gathering up my stuff and asked me what was wrong I stated the price was outrageous. He simply stated that he had to pay his staff. I told him I was leaving I was unhappy with this so he said I will charge you 130.00 I still told him I was leaving. I went to another dentist I was told that the back tooth was decayed underneath the filling not broke in half like I had been told I was given the option to pull or remove the filling there and refill it. I called the insurance that I have with the cost and the dentist issues I was told that the inflated tooth cost was because he was wanting to put me to sleep I was never asked about being put to sleep . THIS DENTIST IS A RIPOFF AND A JOKE

Treatment was excellent! We went in for a consult for my elderly mother as a referral for extraction. I'm super-paranoid about insurance so I check for my family every time in addition to any medical/dental billing office. The only drawback to the practice is that the office is very busy and we had to wait a long time. My expectations are that everyone should be on time and that's why we make appointments.

However this was an appointment that requires a highly demanded skill so I appreciate Dr. Daniel not rushing through my mothers appointment to stay on time. As I'm sure his other patients appreciate as well. The dental assistants were plentiful and televisions were in every single room so no complaints.
