They were friendly, polite, and made me feel right at home, which is so refreshing. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Treatment and after care went well also.
