I am very satisfied with the care my whole family receives. The front office staff are helpful and always pleasant to deal with. The care is excellent - I have had some pretty bad experiences, from so-so hygienic practices, very impersonal interaction, and speed-of-light (and not thorough) dental cleanings. From the first visit I made, I was so satisfied with the level of care and professionalism of the group that I had my whole family go there. Highly-recommended!

Shortly after being referred to a periodontist, who is a part of the Dentist of Newtown practice, I left the practice with whom I'd had a 25 year relationship to be treated by the Newtown group on a permanent basis. I have either been treated by or consulted with the hygienist, general practice dentist, periodontist and the endodontist for root canal. Each and every encounter I have had with this practice has been positive and well mannered. Insurance claims, while sometimes confusing to me, are often the result of delay in processing by the insurance company. I have never been refused treatment because of insurance issues. Procedures I've had at this practice include tooth implants, extraction, root canal, periodontal maintenance and routine hygienic checkups. One of the delights of my relationship with this practice is the administrative staff who greet you as you enter and handle your questions in between visits. I've had specialists call me at work, at home and in the evening to inquire about my well being following a procedure. When I call to ask a question the specialist has always returned my call before the end of the day. I have had a working relationship with more than 10 dental practices over my 60 years. I can truly recommend the Dentist of Newtown and the best of the lot.
