Dr. Hendrickson was such a nice lady, she was careful and gentle and she really listened to me. Very nice to have a dentist seem like they actually care. Thanks!

I went in to see Dr. Norman Kurtzman-Oral Surgeon who was very informative and earthy as I had a problem with an Implant from elsewhere. The doctor gave me more information than the Prosthodontists and Periodontists I
have consulted. He cared enough to do six consults with other specialists to get me the information I needed just like I was his family or personal friend. He
was very caring for going the extra mile for me. He didn't charge me a penny for his time and was extremely selfless and heuristic,and emanated true
greatness in a doctor.

Be prepared to get hit up for an extra Six Bucks everytime you visit. They are the only dental practice I know of that charges you to clean their own instruments. They have a party line they spew about going above and beyond but we all know everyone has to clean their office and instruments and no one else charges you to do so. Its only six dollars but it is the principle of the matter. And do the math on the number of patients a multi doctor practice sees in a given day and estimate that little windfall. (Or if multiple family members are going, think about the extra donation you are making. They are unapologetic and downright defensive about it. I will not return because I do not like having this "fee" shoved down my throat.
That said, you will receive good care - but also be prepared for extended waits for appointments.
