Horrible front desk staff. The woman Autumn is rude and nasty, curt individual! It’s a shame because the Dentist is so good but no one wants to deal with a frontline employee with no empathy or customer service skills.

This doctor did not even want to see my husband when there was no reason why they shouldn't. He had a tooth pulled with another oral surgeon my husband did not feel comfortable with and it was up into his sinus. Since then, a hole has developed between the sinus and mouth when the tooth was but my husband needs further work to other teeth. This oral surgeon would not even see him to evaluate the problem or the other needed work. They basically said he should just keep going on antibiotics for the infections he is getting and sorry you are not welcome here was the impression we got. I could have cried. You would think they would want the business from folks that can pay and have premium dental insurance.

I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong and when I would look for assurance from my surgeon, he gave me none. He acted as if I was a baby for being nervous about getting a tooth that was already assessed ripped from my mouth while being awake. Like my nervousness was annoying to him. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it because they had to ask me why I was there and I had to ask them to please put on latex free gloves (they obviously didn't read about my allergies on my chart) and tried to give me medications I was allergic to or had aversions too (on my chart as well) and they were very rude when I had to "correct" them or ask them to switch things due to my issues, which all could have been avoided by reading my chart. I have TMJD and cannot open my mouth very far, which I was literally scolded for (guess if they would have read my chart they would have seen that too). I was obviously scared to death to have my tooth removed under local anesthesia and even in light of this the Oral Surgeon was still EXTREMELY RUDE. I was in a lot of pain during my visit as well. The oral surgeon also managed to damage my lip (which I had to tell him he did afterwards, why he did not notice the chunk out of my lip I don't know) They gave me a sheet to go home with with instructions for 24 hours and I felt very on my own after that. If I would call for follow up to see if I was healing well or infected etc they acted as if I was a huge bother. When I went in for my follow up they rushed me out and did not listen to my concerns. Again I was scolded by them, this time for sticking my tongue and fingers in my extraction site, when I can certainly tell you I did not do. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else- but only out of sheer desperation and having NO other options.

Never, they are very reliable.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place!

Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting.
