I was approved and wanted a second opinion. The Oriental woman I spoke to said I could not move the thousands of dollars in repairs to them because they can not bill for the x rays. Total Morons

I had a 3:45 appointment. I got through a hour and 30 mins after. I'm very upset and not planning on coming back here. They are very unorganized. They won't be seeing me back.

It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely! I'm very confident they have my best interest in mind

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Not really, they only lasted a couple of weeks

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

I had a 10:30 appointment, but because the woman who had a 11am appt got there 5 minutes before me with 3 kids they took her first without asking me, therefore they were not ready for us until 11:50, which by then I had already stood there and watched the hygenist go from a childs mouth, to a unprotected keyboard, pencil, file and back of 2 different chairs then back into a childs mouth all while wearing one pair of gloves. When she was ready for my children I told her forget it, and what I had seen. She said nooo,I sanitized these gloves...HELLO you dont sanitize gloves you replace them!!! It grossed me out to watch that and the fact that they have two people getting worked on in one room 10 feet apart that I even called dept. of health.

I thought that everyone on the staff was very nice and friendly. I did feel welcomed during my visit. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable.
