A dental service that is first rate. Work is done that needs to be done yet with compassion and professionalism unsurpassed in the Central NY Area.

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. I had a root canal therapy and a crown along with my cleanings and fillings. I feel that every one there is aware of what to do and are very helpful. I understand that I am expected to pay my co pay at the time of service so when I was ask for payment I was happy to take care of it while I was there. The receptionist Kat made sure that I had my prior authorization ready so there was no problems at all. She is extremely helpful. Dr. Ali made me feel confident and at ease while I was in the chair. Thank you Dr Ali

I agree with Rich. this place is absolutely horrific!! I went there to get a crown and the work that was done stuns other dentists. I am being encouraged to report them to the Better Business Bureau. I can not floss between my teeth and in results I have bone loss. Pain is intense and has lasted for 4 months. If you consider going here please reconsider. Not only is the dental work astonishingly horrid, but the blonde woman who goes by "cat" is the worst person you will ever experience.

Terrible place. Will scam you to death and do work that is not necessary. They will battle you when you want your dental records, and you will not be able to ask any questions without feeling belittled. They will improperly bill you and squeeze as much money out of you as possible. The blond receptionist is rude, despite her obvious lack of IQ points. The doctor will also not consult you before doing anything. He will go into your mouth, do a thousand things without asking, and bill you grossly for it. Avoid this place at all costs.

My girlfriend went here, she described the experience to me as aweful and painful. They messed up her insurance information so she got a lot of of bills but it got straightened out, they did work on her that they dident say they were gonna do ahead of time or mention, She got fillings and a route canal there, and the fillings were uneven and poorly done and very uncomfterable. She said during the route canal they dident medicate her enough so she basically felt everything, and after her route canal they prescribed her ibeprophen which doesn't do anything and DID NOT help with the pain at all. They did however give her antibiotics to help fight the infection in her tooth.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. As I was filling out paperwork for it being my first time there, I over heard the people in the office saying that I should hurry up and Isn't she done yet? It was 12 minutes into my scheduled visit time so that was the reasoning they needed me to hurry, but they could have politely said so instead of being impatient. When I was told I would need a root canal, I decided to make a consultation to a specialist elsewhere and called the office back to ask about picking up my referral and x-ray to give to the Endodontist. She said, rudely, that I could come in and pick them up but must realize that if she has a patient I would have to wait. Well, really, duh. Like I would just barge in and demand to be given full attention to. The dentist himself seemed very busy but nice. However, I prefer an office where I can have referrals to specialists in the area for my health and not be treated like I can only be seen by them for every little thing I might need done on my teeth. A General dentist has to realize his/her limitations and the patient should be in full control of their own health care providers.
